Coffee Choc Chip Donuts

I really like donuts! This weekend, I bought donuts pans to create healthy donuts recipes and treat myself. ♡

Ingredients :

2/3 cup of flour of your choice ( or 1/3 flour and 1/3 vanilla protein powder)

2 tbsp ground coffee + 2-3 tbsp boiling water

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp baking powder

1 egg

25g chocolate chip (Use dark chocolate)

Icing part

1 tbsp coconut oil

10g dark chocolate

Optional : Shredded coconut


Instructions :

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degree Celsius.
  2. Donut : Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Pour batter across 6 donut holes and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely.
  3. Icing: Put all ingredients in a bowl and melt in a microwave. Dip each donut in the melt chocolate and decorate with shredded coconut.
  4. Serve!
