150 ml milk of your choice (Use almond milk)
2 tbsp maple syrup
Fresh fruits, to serve
Honey or maple syrup, to serve
- Lightly whisk the milk and eggs together in a mixing bowl.
- Place the bread slices into the egg mixture 10 seconds each side.
- Heat the oil in a large nonstick pan over a medium heat. Add two slices of egg-soaked bread to the pan and cook 1-2 minutes each side or until golden brown.
- Serve with fresh fruits, honey or maple syrup.
