Chocolate protein balls

No bake protein balls are great for anytime snack! They are easy to make and healthy.

Ingredients :

1/4 cup coconut flour or almond flour

1/2 cup roasted almonds

1/4 cup chocolate protein powder or cacao (use Tropeaka cacao)

1/4 cup chocolate chips

Shredded coconut (for decoration)

3 Tbsp maple sirup or honey

5 Tbsp milk (use almond milk)

2 Tbsp peanut butter


Instructions :

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and transfer into a mixing bowl.
  2. Roll into 1-1.5 inch balls and place on a cookie tray.
  3. Freeze 20 minutes then transfer into a hermetic bowl.
  4. Keep in fridge.
