Chocolate chip banana bread

A classical banana bread. Good for breakfast when run out of time or for snack after work.

Ingredients :

2 1/2 cup of all purpose flour

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

2 ripe bananas

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup of milk (Use coconut milk)

Juice of a half lemon

Pinch of salt

Instructions :

  1. Preheat oven to 365°F ( 180°C). Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Mix chia seeds, bananas, maple syrup, milk and lemon juice together. Stir in the dry ingredients. Mix well. ( You can add chocolate chip, shredded coconut or nuts).
  3. Put the batter in the loaf pan. ( Use 8 x 4 x 2.5 inch loaf pan)
  4. Bake 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted coming out clean.
  5. Let cooldown then serve!
